I've said it before and I'll say it again. As a consequence of allowing the Mind to depolarize it's attachment to illusion thus becoming conscious of the level of awareness known as Enlightenment, the reciprocity of joy and feeling of love through giving and receiving is an ever-present state.

The term Christ symbolizes a state of awareness to consciousness coined Enlightenment. Mass illustrates the essence of Enlightenment which exists within the All.

Energy is the fundamental a priori relating to the capacity for the unmanifest-potential-existence to become actuality. Energy incarnates into human form through the ethers of consciousness in which the presence of consciousness (incarnate in form) enables awareness (through the mind) to have subjective experiences, which are essentially the substratum to all of Reality. Reality provides the foundational framework in which context and content are expressed and observed thus allowing intelligence to speculate.

Lets break it down now so we can all understand:

> Energy is the root to existence within this universe. Energy inhabits a physical structure (the human body).

>Consciousness is the fuel for life within the human body. The human mind and consciousness mixed together allows awareness to be expressed/observed (the ability to have cognitive functions i.e. to see, know, understand, comprehend, learn, experience, grow, etc.).

> Reality is the stage in which the human performs its expressions. Reality is the canvas that allows the painting of Life to be painted.

> Intelligence is a direct result of the Mind’s natural ability to create. Moreover, intelligence facilitates thinking, reasoning, and the acquiring and application/integration of information.

The following questions are excerpts from the book: PSICANICA: A SPIRITUAL PHILOSOPHY, by Thomas Michael Powell from http://www.psicanica.com. I copied the questions and included my answers in blue.

ONE
What is the nature of the universe? Where does it come from? Of what is it made? How did it come to exist? What is its purpose? By what process does it change? Is it evolving or devolving? Does it function by itself or would it degenerate to chaos without some kind of intelligent control?

The nature of the universe is to provide a housing unit of expression in which the unmanifest takes form through manifestation. Evolving, devolving, and chaos are arbitrary judgments perpetuated by the epistemological Ego.

TWO
Is there a Supreme Being? If so, what is His nature? Did He create the universe? Does He continue to control it personally and if so, at what level? What is his relationship with man? Does he intervene in the affairs of man? Is this Being good? If this Being is good and all-powerful, how can evil exist?

You are this “Supreme Being” in which you are searching. The nature of God is spiritual-evolution. Good and evil are different points of observation and are not polar opposites.

THREE
What is the place of man in the universe? Is man the highest fruit of the universe or is he just an insignificant speck in infinite space—or something in between? Does the spirit of man descend into matter from higher spiritual realms, or has it evolved from matter? Is the universe conscious or unconscious of man? If it is aware, is it warm and friendly to him, or cold and indifferent, or even hostile?

The place of man within the universe is much of an energetic correlation to expression and awareness. Highest fruit and insignificant speck are both judgments that do not hold validity within consciousness. The human Mind is able to integrate observation and expression which can be “classified” as an “effective” tool. The human body and its intricate parts have evolved to enable spirit to incarnate from a “higher” realm. There are dimensions within the universe that are able to capture frequency vibrations, within these domains of frequency the Mind is able to translate and communicate information.

FOUR
What is reality? What is mind; what is thought? Is thought real? Which is superior: mind or matter? Has mind created matter or has matter evolved mind? Where do ideas come from? Does thought have any importance--does it make any difference in our lives--or is it just fantasy? What is Truth? Is there a universal Truth, true for all men forever, or is Truth relative or individual?

Reality is the ground in which the Mind plays – an intangible playground. Thought is an energetic form of expression created by the Mind. What is real? Because you can see and feel something does that make it “real?” Is the Internet real? What about Television/Radio waves? The concept of “real” is based on interpretation; thought is either in existence or not in existence. Superiority is a classification spawning again from the Ego of the Mind in which categorization (judgment) is facilitated by preference. The Mind exists because of matter. Ideas are captured potentialities manifested into form through the Mind usually resulting from intention. Thought is the paint to the painter in which the painting of life is created (canvas = reality). Truth is something that can be verified as manifested in existence. There are different levels of Truth including levels of absolute Truth and subjective Truth.

FIVE
What determines the fate of each individual? Is man a creator and mover of his life, or does he live at the effect of forces over which he has little control? Does free will exist or are our lives determined by outside factors—and if so, what are those factors? How does life work: is there a Supreme Force that intervenes in our lives? Or is everything pre-determined from the beginning of time? Or is life just random, full of coincidence and accident? Or is there some other control mechanism we do not perceive?

The fate of each individual is determined by choice, potentiality, karma, and energetic actuality. Man controls the interpretation of his life as environmental “forces” affect him. Life is determined and often times outlined by the choices you make (free will). You are the Supreme force that is in control of your life. Consequences arise because of the choices you make.

SIX
What is good and what is bad or evil? What is moral? What is ethical? Who decides good and bad, right and wrong; and by what standard? Is there an absolute standard of good and bad beyond one’s the personal opinions? Should good and bad be determined by custom, by rational law, or by the situation? What if the decisions of others (society, authorities, laws, etc) determining good and bad are contrary to one’s personal beliefs or freedoms? ¯should you obey others or follow your own conscience? Moreover, if as an answer to FIVE, we do not have free will but are ruled by outside factors, what difference does good and bad make? ¯we have no choice. If so, we have no responsibility for doing bad.

Good and bad are observations of the entire whole. Good and evil are different perceptions and classifications of interpreting energy. That which is supportive of Life is supported by Life.

SEVEN
Why are things the way they are? How should things be ideally? What is the good life —for the individual and for the many (society)? What would a Utopian society, a heaven on earth, be like? Is it even possible to create a Utopia? If so, how? Would not a Utopia assure personal freedom? What, then, should you do with those who don’t cooperate and violate the Utopian system? If you control or punish them, is there no longer a Utopia?

Government and “laws” are in place to support those that have not yet achieved a level of awareness in which they are supportive of Life. Things are the way they are because you made them that way. I don’t know, how do you think things should be? When one views the world with complete compassion, one sees that the world is a Utopia.

EIGHT
What is the ideal relation between the individual and the state? Should the individual serve the state or the state serve the individual? What is the best form of government and what is the worst? When is a man justified in disobeying the dictates of the state? To what extent should the majority rule and thereby act against the freedom of the minorities? When is a man justified in rebelling against the established order and creating a new state? What are the relative merits of the different economic systems (capitalism, communism, etc.).

Using integrity, respect, and compassion to ensure the safety of the governed is the primary intention of long term successful governments.

NINE
He who controls education controls the future. What is education? How should the young be educated—what is important and what not? Who should control education: the parents, the student, the society or the state? Should a student be taught to think for himself or to adopt the beliefs of the society? Should man be educated to be free and live for his own interests; or to subjugate his desires to serve others or the state? ¯see Question EIGHT.

Information is captured via vibrational frequency into a web of infinite consciousness and is accessible to any and all who are aware of their ability to ask.

TEN
What happens at death? Is death the end of everything or is there a soul in man that continues to exist beyond death? If so, is that soul immortal or does it too eventually cease to exist? If the soul does continue to exist after death, what is the nature of that existence? If there is an existence after death, is “good” rewarded and “bad” punished? If so, how do you reconcile this with the concept of predestination? And if there is a God of INFINITE LOVE and FORGIVENESS, how to you reconcile punishment?

Death is simply a transitional period in which awareness leaves a physical body. There are no “punishments” or “rewards” for “good” or “bad” souls, however, there are consequences passed through via karma from life to life in which one could “reconcile” gaps of spiritual evolution.

Love is something that you see - it is not something that you receive or gain. Love is an ever-present source of fluid energy that seems to be interpreted via the emotional layer of the human body.

When two people are “in love” with each other or have “fallen” in love, they have merely moved into a receptive (metaphorically speaking) state of openness in which they (separately) have allowed their awareness (via the Mind) to wrap around the realization of energy manifested as Love.

This is somewhat confusing to the Mind because the Mind is merely interpreting the feeling nature of energy from the emotional body. The Mind applies reason and connects the layer of Love to perception (i.e. oh I love my mom more than my neighbor, or I love my wife more than any of my previous girlfriends.)

The true nature of Love is analogous to realizing that oxygen to the human is everywhere.

Haha what a funny saying.

The only true concept of “Hell” resides within the Mind of the believer. The illusory notion of Hell is that of a subjective mentation resulting from a misperception of the Totality of All That Is (God) and does not hold a solid identifiable manifestation within existence (in this universe nevertheless).

When the Mind becomes conscious of the level of awareness that is beyond the illusion of duality (separateness), it becomes apparent that the erroneous ideologist nature of Good vs. Evil is a product of different points of observation of the entire whole (Reality) thus illustrating the concept of Hell as an interpretation of the viewer and is not an Absolute.

Lets break it down now:

> The only true concept of “Hell” resides within the Mind of the believer.

Hell is not a place it is a false idea that was created by believing in its existence.

> The illusory notion of Hell is that of a subjective mentation…

The idea of Hell does not calibrate as true. The idea of Hell is a thought.

> …a misperception of the Totality of All That Is (God) and does not hold a solid identifiable manifestation within existence

The origin of the idea of Hell is from a judgment and classification misaligned with truth.

> (in this universe nevertheless).

There might another universe out there where the idea of Hell holds existence.

The Mind is swimming through a sea of consciousness in which all levels of awareness are at its view simultaneously, however, it is truly about the Mind wrapping around a particular level of awareness when true realization can become visible. When the Mind realizes at the level of awareness in which duality is an illusion, it becomes known (beyond thought) that hell is merely an idea.

> …it becomes apparent that the erroneous ideologist nature of Good vs. Evil is a product of different points of observation of the entire whole (Reality)

Good vs. Evil is a concept created by the Mind’s interpretation of Reality, false interpretation rather. Because the Mind believes in the concept and is willing to die for it does not mean it is real.

The concept of Hell is just that, a concept (idea) that is either created by the viewer or is taught (forced) into the belief structure in which an infinite amount of naiveté is prevalent.

What is the purpose for the concept of hell? Why even experience an illusory notion?

The vibratory rate, at which the level of awareness is dominant on Earth for humans, is somewhat dense at this moment (October 28, 2005). The concept of Hell serves as an example for the understanding that the Mind interprets Reality, and if the realization of the purpose of the illusory concept is grasped subsequently the movement of awareness through the ethers of consciousness can become visible and applicable for the conscious Mind.

Translation please.

The concept of Hell is an example for the Mind to grow which allows consciousness to evolve through awareness.

Isn’t the “concept” of Hell an illusion?

Yep.

Isn’t it a contradiction by saying the concept of hell is an illusion? How can an illusion be an example? How can something that is not real be a model for growth?

Realizing the falsity of the concept of Hell will provide learning within a new paradigm of awareness (nonlinear), which consequently brings your conscious Mind to a new level of familiarity and allows the realization to become known that you are God (Enlightenment).

A consequence of inhabiting a human body is the evolution of consciousness. The Mind is the great translator of energy, which elegantly synchronizes multiple bodies manifest.

The human Mind is able to express, observe, and allow consciousness to become visible within the realm of identifiable awareness. As the Mind literally comes around awareness via context/content and understanding/realization, a movement of ascension becomes clear.

The ascension of awareness is primarily due to the process of manifestation and observation – essentially the Mind expresses (content) while observing (context) and seems to integrate both simultaneously.

Holding a space of compassion for all is one of the most advantageous “things” one can “do”. By employing a state of unconditional-compassion in one’s life, there is a consequence of peace and serenity that becomes ever-present.

Compassion is a deep-rooted innate quality from the level of awareness known as Love. To have compassion for thyself, allows the energy (awareness) that has inhabited form (the human body/mind) to ascend to higher levels of consciousness. Below is a metaphor to comprehend.

Imagine a spindle of 100 burnable CDs for your computer. The center column of the spindle is a stream of consciousness from Source (beyond the 100th CD) to the bottom of the spindle (Earth); in other words the center column is your flow of energy that enables Life. The Mind of your human vessel is able to consciously move (or ascend/descend) from CD to CD (each CD represents a level of awareness).

Exercising compassion in one’s Life, allows the ascension from CD to CD to be a swift and smooth movement.

How Do You Apply Compassion In Your Life?

To see the world as it is by not polarizing with it. What that means is, to live in the world and to operate as a human and to do the things that humans do, but not to cling onto positionalities. When this is done at an unconditional level, there is an exquisite amount of inner peace and love that is so fluid it is beyond any words for it is truly a subjective experience.

Positionalities spawn from obsessive contemplation and mentallization (thought):

Within Life, there are stepping stones towards a final destination of full awareness and during the growth of the Mind’s perception to awareness, one experiences different levels of self-growth and improvement. As each experience presents itself with nuggets of information for the Mind to garner and evolve, there is a final phase in which awareness itself becomes aware of its self.

This Final Doorway is commonly described as Enlightenment or Self-Realization.

By moving into an advance state of Enlightenment (awareness of existence), there is an unquestionable feeling of inner knowingness that is much like the fundamental core of all knowledge to which the mind has access. Those who have attained these levels of awareness are truly the unspoken silent type for they see the world through goggles of compassion and undeniable perfection.

Within this state there is no need for anything. Let those words be typed again, there is no need. Everything that exists is but an expression of itself manifested into a vibrational frequency (see string theory). Those that choose to remain within the human structure are truly the teachers and guides, who have graciously elected to stay and shine as a beacon of light for the world.

What is spiritual maturity?

A state of observable consciousness in which an evolved energetic being has reached an eminent level of awareness through growth and spiritual development relating to qualities and characteristics of the mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

The consequence of this level becoming visible with full awareness is unconditional compassion. By moving into a space of spiritual maturity, one becomes an unequivocal resource of knowledge and insightful-wisdom to those that seek spiritual growth and advancement.

Context is the substratum to content. The totality of all-encompassing context is the nature of Reality. The mind seems to be primarily focused with content, while the implicit layer of awareness is linked to context.

What does it mean that we are all one?

When I tell you to hold in thought the planets of our solar system except for Mars, every planet is in focus correct? Except for Mars which is, in this example, a part of context. Now, switch your focus and concentrate on all of the planets including Mars, except for Earth.

Son of a bitch man! You just shifted focus of Mars being context to now being content, and Earth, which was content, is now a part of context. Now grasp the following with the above example in mind:

God = Context
Mind = Content (Observes Content)

Context = Reality
Perception = Content

Content becomes visible within context, meaning that content is an expression of the highly complex yet paradoxically simple context. God is context, therefore the human (mind’s perception) is content which is born “in the image of God”, thus making all one; content and context are the same, and it is truly about observation.

By integrating the multifaceted mind with awareness and allowing the ego to be coached and guided, a significant advancement in spiritual evolution will become visible in which, by divine right, peace becomes a consequence. The mind (in humans) is a highly complex, intricate tool that coordinates and translates a variety of energetic bodies.

Through shifting focus of identification with the mind to the greater context of All That Is, within this universe, a revelation transpires. When one transcends the mind an all-encompassing knowingness beyond knowledge and intellect becomes apparent. Compassion for the mind is the key to an ever-present balance and continuous integration with Source.

In this dimensional system, when the Self (Soul) incarnates into Human form, awareness is shifted from the Totality of All That Is into identification with the self (ego) through perception using the mind. Because of the Earth's vibratory rate, awareness of who and what you are is temporarily masked by a veil, which allows the energy from Source (who you truly are) to become present within form. Essentially the energy (awareness) from Source is sieved down to enable consciousness to inhabit form.

As learning develops through the mind, an integration and translation occurs that allows the mind to wrap around awareness - simply put, what is already known becomes conscious to the mind. When one can consciously, with full awareness, shift identification beyond the veil, a feeling of expansion will become apparent - expansion that is so exhilarating it is beyond words. Below is an example you can try to imagine:

There are over 70 sextillion stars in our known universe (that we have been able to observe). That is more stars than grains of sand on Earth's beaches and deserts combined; we live in a solar system that has one star and nine planets. Let me refresh, where we live is in a solar system which is one star out of 70,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 (70×10²¹) stars in our known universe.

Okay now that you have that in mind imagine all of the oceans on Earth combined together into one big ass bucket. We are talking about a bucket the size of Jupiter okay? Now here is where it gets crazy...

Water is made up of tiny little molecules called H₂0. The number of molecules that would make up a bucket of water holding all of Earth's oceans is a pretty big number. Okay now try to fathom the following...

Imagine each H₂0 molecule in this bucket is its own universe with at least 70 sextillion stars.

Caution this might hurt your head. If you can realize this expansion of awareness, then you just got a taste of what it feels like to be beyond the veil and to experience the Totality of All That Is which is commonly known as God.

The illusion of cause and effect has seemed to take the mind a little while to come around. The current realizations are thusly:

Nothing is causing anything hence nothing is resulting from anything. To have cause is to imply there is origin; to have an effect is to imply that something is affected by something else. Within the complete and total context of God there is no beginning or end. The mind may tell you otherwise but just because you can’t see the sun through the clouds doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.

To the mad scientist however there must be some type of order and not just chaos. Within this universe there are two things that allow the direction of expression, potentiality and choice. The potentiality of vibration and the free will to choose allow the energy of life to exist in a perfect union.

Cause and effect is delusional and does not existence within this reality. The illusion of cause and effect is the underpinning misperception of time. The “this” and the “that” are one, the “was” and “is” or “what will be” are in actuality the same.

Everything is an expression of itself independent of anything else. To transcend the illusion of duality and to become aware of the nonlinear will allow the mind to realize this phenomenon.

Creativity is an ability to see things before they are visible. Creativity is an ability to create, to bring something new into existence. Creativity is a form of expression through manifestation. Creativity is a way of living and seeing the world through goggles of joy and passion. Creativity is a presence and a feeling nature that is gifted to those who accept it and do not deny it. Creativity is a state of awareness. Creativity is love. And I just farted.

For swift movement through the flute one must release all positionalities, meaning one must not polarize. To be in balance with all of life’s obstacles and hurdles provides great strength.

For movement through the dimensions, which are simply multiple paradigms of Reality within this Universe, utmost compassion for the self is what could be termed a prerequisite, although it is not about exclusivity everyone has the ability to shift awareness, even though a large percentage choose not to employ nonjudgment in their daily lives thus making it difficult to shift into the heavens as many religions would call them.

To become aware of the “heavens” a certain amount of spiritual growth or advancement must occur as a consequence of inner spiritual development and progression. The higher “levels” of Reality commonly known as heaven can be reached by entertaining integrity and compassion within a constant state of awareness through the mind. Integrity and compassion are much like the keys that make the awareness visible.

Forgiveness of the self is one of the most important things one can do to release all bounds set forth by the vanities of the Ego/self. There are multiple levels of truth and one level claims all misperceptions resulting from the animalistic centers of the brain are Reality, when in actuality or The All That Is, the truth is these are illusions. To forgive ones’ self, to release the attachment set forth by illusion, to depolarize the positions one is clinging on to, a state of peace and unconditional Joy becomes present. Much like the sun shinning behind the clouds and when the clouds are transcended, a profound realization becomes apparent that the heavens were and always will be right in front you.

By shifting awareness from the mind through these different levels, one is able to realize the connection to Source with full knowledge. Connecting to Source is much like finding the central core of your existence beyond all even the universe and everything within. The conscious awareness of connection to Source is so exhilarating it cannot be described for it is only known through subjective realization. Everyone has their own path to follow, however in order to walk the path of subjective realization, forgiveness, compassion, integrity and nonpolarization of the self must be within for the shifting to take place.

Everything you ever needed, wanted, should of had, would of had or are expecting to get from the illusion of cause and effect is right in front of you. 99.9% of the people living in this world at this time (9:26 am March 8th is when this was verified) do not understand or comprehend this principle, as confirmed by kinesiology.

• Sequence is an illusion
• Logic is an illusion
• Time is an illusion

Time is a concept created by the minds of humans. Time is an illusion resulting from a misperception of Reality.

Everything the mind tells us what will happen or what has happened is in actuality happening in the present moment.

Shifting awareness and perception is a difficult task for the mind. As one transcends the attachments of the Ego and the identifications of perception to Reality, it becomes easier and easier to integrate the awareness of context and content.

The study of physics and science, is the study of content. The awareness of spiritual and essence of God, is that of context. The mind is the coordinator for all the bodies and awareness of such, both visible and nonvisible. The mind in this lifetime has recently been able to realize, with full consciousness, the differences between content and context in any and all situations. Integration of such is unfolding for the purpose of teaching.

The realization of existence is the one of the most profound states of awareness one can be consciousness of. The feeling is unexplainable, the consequence of becoming aware of purpose is so incredible, it beyond all yet it is within all.

As one comes into alignment with Supreme Source, the nature of God becomes apparent. Every situation, person, thing, action, event, observation, thought, emotion, experience, etc. etc. adds to the clarity of Life and the awareness of All That Is.

Life in human form is so brilliantly orchestrated, to become aware of awareness of the Higher Self is most exhilarating. This has become an ever present awareness in my day to day activities. Every situation that I find myself in is present with this gift of insight. Every experience that I encounter provides a vast amount of symbolical knowledge that is translated into analogies to build context for understanding.

The realization of Soul manifested into consciousness is flawless. The awareness of such is so universal, it provides so many answers to all of Life's situations and the purpose to All. The energy manifested as Love becomes present in everything and the awareness of mind capturing and integrating the energy into expression is phenomenal.

I once said when I was a child, the purpose of Life is to find the purpose of Life. I am still that child no matter what the world of linearity says about my chronological Earth suit, I have always known my purpose and I hold it true as each moment presents itself with unconditional Love and compassion.

Being the victim or seeing the perpetrator is an illusion. No one is attacking another which would mean no one is being a victim. This perception is an illusion.

Everyone is living their life according to their current state of awareness to consciousness. This means that every choice, every action, every thought that is created is based on the purpose of learning and experience/expression in human form. Appearance is not causation.

What does it mean to surrender to God? If God is within us, how can we surrender something that is within us to something that is also within?

To release the control and attachment of the Ego's perception is to surrender to God. The Mind/Ego identifies itself with a dualistic perception based from positionality. To depolarize and to surrender everything and anything to the essence from which it came, will allow the Ego to be integrated.

Time is a linear concept originating from the mind attempting to organize, measure, and apply structure to that which it perceives. Time does not change it is ever present and motionless. It is the mind that is "moving" through the corridors of time. Perception is relative and subjected to the qualities and attributes of time.

Time allows awareness from the mind to observe form. As consciousness unfolds, the construct of time allows the mind to capture the magnificent expression.

Before the advancement of technology, a VHS player was only able to fast forward through a movie by displaying frames of video within sequence. The true nature of time can be compared to skipping chapters with a DVD player and bypassing the illusory structure of linear Realty.

When a movie (life) is loaded into a DVD player (the mind), the movie is projected or expressed because of the tool which is present (the DVD player). When Soul incarnates into a human body, its' perceptions are much like watching a movie, displaying frame after frame. Devotional nonduality via meditation will allow the nature of Divinity and time to become present.

There are many paths to take; in fact one could state that every path is a road for spiritual development. So I will address the path(s) to ascension into the higher realms (commonly known as the heavens to many).

The challenge with some parts of the world is that of the thinking mind. To progress up the spiritual latter, it is most effective to not think your way to the top, but feel your way. Don’t get me wrong, thinking will get you there, it’s much like taking a trip to the moon, but first making a loop around Pluto. Using the heart as your compass, you will always find the shortcut.

The most effective path for spiritual ascension is to dig deep within your energy to find your inner most Joy. Once you find that Joy space, resonate with that Joy in total undeniable 120% unconditional Love.

Be the child you once were playing in this Joy space; live it 24/7.

When I first started meditating I channeled a breathing technique that is quiet profound. It is not the technique that is so extravagant, but the underlying symbolism.

At this current time the Earth’s vibratory field exists on a level that is very dense. The density of this dimensional field has created a Realty that our minds perceive as opposites. To transcend this dualistic illusion we must accept both sides as a unified whole. To do this take a look at my breath example below.

Breath comes in (left arrow) breath goes out (right arrow). Inhale and exhale. One could perceive the inhales and exhales as opposites yes. By merging these two “opposites” together, one is transcending the dualistic natural of perception by clearly seeing unity, just as they are, one. The differences that are being perceived are merely observational points of the entire process, just as H₂0 at cold temperatures is a solid, medium temp a liquid and at hot temperatures a gas.

The realization of this analogy is to clearly see the true nature of God, that we are all one and that our perceptions are just observations from the mind. This little example can be applied to many things:

Light – Dark
Good – Evil
Hot – Cold
Republican – Democratic
Joy – Chaos
White – Black
Human – God

The breath exercise is as follows:

Become aware of your body, silence the mind chatter and begin to focus on your breath

1. Consciously watch your breath come into your body (breath in slowly)
3. Pause for a few seconds while gently holding the inhale
4. Slowly exhale and watch the breath as it leaves your body without any effort
5. Pause for a few seconds while gently holding before the next inhale

Continue the entire process as long as you like and realize that you are becoming aware of God right in front of you.

Allowing the awareness of ones self to be conscious of ones existence can be termed, Enlightenment.

How can you allow awareness?
Understand that the awareness is already present, your mind just can't see it yet. Stop searching for an external cause that you think you will result in an expansion of awareness and allow yourself to be open, honest, kind and compassionate, then your awareness will reveal itself. It's much like washing your window from inside your house so you can see the sun. Once the window is clear, the mind is pure and can then begin to clearly see Truth.

What blocks the ability to be aware?
The multi-layored ego. Remove each layer of the onion until you reach the center. Metaphorically speaking, you can't remove the layers but instead transcend them.

What layers are your referring to?
Fear, judgment, force, control, etc. These are often times misperceptions that are picked up while contextualizing your reality in this life or in other lives (passed through via karma).

Are there different layers to Enlightenment?
Yes, but not in the way your mind comprehends (linear perception). The different levels of Enlightenment are stages of awareness of ones own existence.

Beliefs originate from the mind. Animals live in this world without beliefs for they see the world without judgement and classification. They see the gravitational field of energy and it's affects on them and the environment, but they do not believe in gravity, they merely perceive it without reason and logic and just accept it for what it is and it's wonderful qualities.

To be the thinking human and to see things just as a dog sees things, will allow the purist form of Truth to become visible beyond beliefs and into the knowingness realm of Reality. To integrate the belief structure is the ultimate goal for the ego is a wonderful tool and is an integral asset for the evolution of consciousness.

The most exquisite, ineffable, state of euphoric euthymia is known as Love. Solid as a rock, yet the most gentle compassionate energy one can experience in a human body. There are no conditions to Love, only perceptions originating from the mind. As if the mind is a tool to see, contemplate, understand and communicate. The mind can not experience Love, it can only perceive it just as a window can not experience the sky, but one can view the clouds through the window.

Everyone is an Avatar they just don’t realize it. That which is the evolution of life in human form, is creating the building blocks of awareness to this very Truth, that everyone is GOD.

Desire is an illusion originating from judgment. It is an attempt to acquire something from the misperceived lack of happiness, originating from the mind.

However, when the desire is fulfilled, often times joy is perceived as a result of the obtainment. In actuality, the fulfillment of the desire is temporarily moving aside it’s own blockage to experience happiness, thus resulting in another illusion of cause and effect.

This is a tricky illusion, but when completely understood/realized, a tremendous amount of relief and unconditional Joy becomes present.

Q: Why talk about the Ego so much?

A: To define your roadblocks will allow you to clearly see your short cut path. The Ego road is much of a detour that can take many life times to transcend. Each route is a different path, some are long, some are short but the destination will always be the same.

Beyond space and time, there are no classifications of "short" or "long" there just "is". The above explanation of short and long paths originates from the Ego/Mind. To clear the confusion understand that there are only paths to walk, the path of the Ego can be perceived as a long path, the path of the Heart can be perceived as a short cut.

Love is a subjective state of awareness experienced often times through self-realization. Love, similar to The Ultimate Realty, is a self evident, self-empowering state of consciousness with many different qualities. There seems to be many different forms, expressions and descriptions of what we perceive as "love". The truth is however, these explanations originate from the mind claiming to apply meaning and value to the indescribable state. Love is ALL knowingness, formless, unmanifest and limitless, it is/was always present. Those that claim to not have "love" in their life, or aren't able to see/experience love in their life, are merely not able to see through the clouds to experience the sun.

It is always there, always has been and always will be.

Grounding spiritual energy is crucial to expanding, holding, understanding and receiving higher states of consciousness.

Serious spiritual error has resulted from misperceptions about grounding. Within the physical vessel, intelligence, meaning, understanding and context occur. If one is not grounded with the fundamental pieces necessary for comprehension and awareness, the "limitless" is nothing more than fantasy and can not have correct meaning.

Grounding spiritual energy is such an integral part of manifesting from the higher realms. Grounding is the underlying force that allows comprehension of the higher dimensions. Grounding forms a foundation such as the concrete forms the foundation of a house.

Mind over matter is untrue, but mind within matter is very true. Matter is the final outcome of manifestation. This final step of the manifestation process is one of the most important things to focus on.

The concept of receiving information beyond the normal human thought process is foreign to many. Intelligence, science, logic, structure, symbolical interpretations of meaning are all forms of thought originating from the mind.

What the mind can not perceive it can not understand, thus it applies non value and insignificance to. How does one become aware of information that is beyond the mind's comprehension? You do this through your feelings.

As one begins to feel feelings, one understands truth from falsehood. And when one can discern truth, one can begin to feel its Reality and experience information through an emotional field of vibrational frequency.

As one opens its mind to the heart, one begins to feel thoughts. And by feeling your thoughts you can sense an inner knowingness of what is "correct" as the mind would put it.

Judgment forms the foundation of perception from our mind thus creating our (individual) reality. Perception is merely an observation from the view point of the mind rather true, false, positive or negative. Perception has limits, to know the limits is to clearly define the strengths.

One of the most difficult transformations within spiritual progress is ascending past the level of judgment for it is such an integral part of being human. Judgment has helped people apply value, interest, satisfaction, excitement, meaning and understanding to their lives.

What is beyond judgment?

First of all, you must realize that judgment exists on a linear plain. What is beyond the linear plain is the non-linear. That which exists on the non-linear plain can be translated to The Isness, The Presence, All That Is, God, Infinite, Oneness.

What is beyond perception?

Vision.

My previous girlfriend never understood my approach to anger. At the time we were together I wasn't able to accurately verbalize how I dealt with anger or what anger was to me.

Now that I have had some time to think about it I would like to express my feelings about anger rather she is listening or not; at least the energy will be there that wasn't complete before.

"Anger is a quality of being human, what if I don't want to release it? What if I don't want to improve and grow? What if I want to experience my anger? Why move on...?"

My thoughts: Anger is a part of being human yes, it is inevitable. Our mind's are hardwired to experience anger for the purpose of learning. Anger is simply an effect of a cause usually resulting to a misperception.

It is not important that we will have or not have anger, what is important is how we deal with the anger and what we do with it. By realizing anger and working through it, we continue to experience and become closer to our truth, thus receiving a higher quality of nondestructive life.

My process when dealing with anger is as follows:

Step One - Awareness: Become aware of your anger.

Step Two: - Discernment & Compassion: Have discernment do not judge your anger (I think the majority of humans get caught up during this step).

Step Three: - Experience. Feel your anger and understand it as a part of you.

Step Four: - Resolve. Release your anger and let it move through your consciousness as a quality of being human (this part is easy, just let it "be").

This process calibrates at level 700.
