Being the victim or seeing the perpetrator is an illusion. No one is attacking another which would mean no one is being a victim. This perception is an illusion.

Everyone is living their life according to their current state of awareness to consciousness. This means that every choice, every action, every thought that is created is based on the purpose of learning and experience/expression in human form. Appearance is not causation.
