After recently dislocating my thumb, I believe I have found my path to instantaneously healing. The true purpose of this experience has become apparent and I am grateful for such an awakening (or remembering rather).

The great Sages and Avatars of human history have been documented to have healed miraculously. Everyone has their own way of doing such a thing, I have found mine:

1. Conscious circulatory breathing
2. Toning and aligning all subtle bodies in the present moment
3. Allowing the formless to become physical with a certainty that it is already complete

Simple process yes, but if the ego gets involved it be not so simple no. Down Boy!
